  • How long does an average pharmacy refit take?

    Full pharmacy refits vary between 5 days to 6 weeks. The average full refit is between 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Will my pharmacy be able to remain open during the refit?

    Yes, your pharmacy will remain open as we can plan logistically around your business.

  • How long does a pharmacy design take before the refit?

    Three weeks for us to create a design.

  • Will I be able to make changes to the design?

    Yes, we are able to help. We understand that key signage for your pharmacy is vital.

  • I have a small pharmacy so I don’t want a full refit, just a part refit and I have a tight budget – can you help?

    Yes, we can help. As an established pharmacy design company we manage to service various different projects. If we feel we are not able to help we will gladly point you in the right direction.

  • I would like to get a consultation room with signage fitted into my pharmacy, is this something you can do?

    That’s absolutely fine, we fit many consultation rooms a year and this is offered as part of our full and part refit pharmacy design and pharmacy fit out package. All of our clients have seen significant benefits after having a Rapeed Design consultation room fitted.

  • Is there a cost for the initial pharmacy consultation?

    No, there is no charge. We offer a varied style of consultations which can be face to face, by telephone or by email. The initial consultation can either be at your pharmacy premises or at our offices in Croydon.

  • Will I get an electrical certificate?

    Yes, all electrical works that we carry out will be certified by our electrician.

  • Do you offer a pharmacy design and refit warrantee?

    Yes, we do. We offer a one-year warranty. Terms and conditions may vary.

  • I am looking to purchase a new counter and get a dispensary fitted, can you help with the design?

    We offer a part refit service which allows for key parts of the pharmacy to be tidied up and be made fit for purpose. Our designers and fitters will be more than happy to assist on this.

  • Do you undertake pharmacy projects within GP surgeries, clinics and hospitals?

    Yes, we do offer a design consultancy, space planning, pharmacy design and refit service for all pharmacies in GP surgeries, clinics and hospitals. We also offer services to GP practices, dentists and private hospitals.

  • Do you get involved with council planning permissions and building regulations?

    Yes, we have in house team for council planning permissions and also deal with building regulations as well.
